We have 55 rooms available on the Wildacres property for family and friends. Guests stay in one of two lodges which have dual occupancy bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom. There are no televisions or telephones in the rooms. Wireless internet service is available on a limited basis. Three family-style meals are served in the dining hall daily.

Rooms and meals are included in your stay, we just ask you to consider leaving a gratuity for the Wildacres staff.

We have a room block reserved at the Switzerland Inn, in Little Switzerland, NC from Thurs 9/4/25 - Sun 9/7/25. It is located 4.5 miles from Wildacres Retreat.

From the cozy and casual quarters in the Main Lodge to more private suites with scenic views, finding the perfect spot to rest is easy at the Switzerland Inn. And if you prefer a touch of rustic charm, the cottages offer a comfortable experience that allows you to connect with nature just outside your door.

Enjoy locally sourced, seasonal dishes at Chalet Restaurant and an authentically local vibe along with a fantastic selection of bourbons at The Fowl Play Pub & Tap Room. Whether you’re stopping by for a fine dinner or enjoying lunch at Terrace Dining after pool time, you’ll savor a setting that perfectly captures the essence of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We will have shuttles to take guests back and forth between the Switzerland Inn and Wildacres Retreat on Friday 9/5 and Saturday 9/6.
